About CoWano Stanley

CoWano Stanley is from El Dorado, AR but grew up in Minneapolis, MN. She now resides in Las Vegas, NV. At the age of 20, one of the most significant events in her life was the birth of her son DJ. 

As a single parent, she completed two Master’s degrees. One is a Master's in Business Administration and one in Accounting and Financial Management. She is a self-published author of 5 books. Her latest is "The Power of Confidence: 7 Ways to Reclaim and Ignite Your Confidence", released in May 2024. She is a co-author in 9  collaboration books, 3 of those is with the #1 motivational speaker Les Brown, and International and Empowerment Speaker Dr. Cheryl Wood.  She is a 2x #1 Amazon Best Seller, and International Best Selling Author. 

At age 5, she always stated that she would be her boss. So at the age of 26, she started working on getting her own cleaning business. CoWano left the corporate world in accounting in 2018. She became a full-time entrepreneur at 39 years of age. 

While raising her son she went through some tough times. She began to experience a lack of confidence within herself due to several abusive relationships and challenges as a single parent.  

CoWano’s confidence was diminished over the years.  She had to learn how to reclaim her confidence, so she could be a better individual to accomplish her goals & be a great mother.   

 She is dedicated to helping others reclaim the confidence diminished or taken away by trauma, personal missteps, and life’s challenges.

She has presented workshops at the 36th Annual Executive Women in Texas Government (EWTG) & New Year New You Virtual Conference. She is the host/visionary of the Reclaim Your Confidence (R.Y.C.) & RYC International virtual summit & spoken on many stages, delivering powerful keynotes on confidence.
