Meet CoWano Stanley

 CoWano Stanley is a TEDx Speaker, Author, and The Confidence Educator™ who teaches confidence as a practical skill that strengthens communication, leadership, resilience, and performance.

Through keynotes, workshops, and training programs, she equips students, professionals, and leaders with the tools needed to communicate effectively, overcome setbacks, and lead with confidence.

Born in El Dorado, Arkansas, raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada, CoWano's journey has been shaped by perseverance, faith, and determination.

As a single mother, she earned two master's degrees, an MBA and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management, while raising her son. She later left a successful career in corporate accounting to pursue entrepreneurship full-time and fulfill her passion for helping others build confidence and reach their full potential.

CoWano's message is rooted in personal experience. After enduring abusive relationships, setbacks, and the challenges of single parenthood, she experienced a significant loss of confidence. Through intentional growth, resilience, and courageous action, she rebuilt her confidence and discovered that confidence is not something people are born with; it's a skill that can be developed.

Today, she shares that message with audiences across schools, universities, organizations, conferences, and leadership events.

She is the author of six books, including The Power of Confidence: 7 Ways to Reclaim and Ignite Your Confidence, a contributor to ten collaborative books, and a 2-time #1 Amazon Best-Selling Author. She has collaborated on books alongside renowned speakers and thought leaders, including Les Brown and Dr. Cheryl Wood.

CoWano is the founder of The Startup Women Alliance and the visionary behind the  R.Y.C. Conference (Reclaim Your Confidence).
